About Me
Most people know me as the producer of the Washington Beer Blog. I have also written for local, regional, and national magazines. I am a member of the Society of Professional Journalists and the North American Guild of Beer Writers. I am an associate member of the Brewers Association and the Washington Brewers Guild.
I was named One of Seattle’s Most Influential People of 2014, which I attributed to the growing popularity of good beer. Still, I was honored to make the list.
I worked as a regular contributor to Seattle magazine. I continue to contribute to Sip Magazine. Additionally, I have written for national publications like Beer Advocate, Celebrator Beer News, and USA TODAY.
Also, I have significant broadcast experience and even appeared on NBC’s The Today Show.
